Jonathan Harp

Jon Harp has been a dedicated member of The Columbus House Team since 2011, starting as a full-time real estate agent and earning the role of Team Leader in 2015. Known for his commitment to honesty and customer service, Jon has built strong, lasting relationships with his clients, leading to a high volume of repeat business and referrals. Michael Pallin

Michael Pallin is a distinguished figure in real estate training and education, serving as the President of The Floyd Wickman Team. Selected by Floyd Wickman as the first trainer to teach the renowned Floyd Wickman Course (Sweathogs), Mike quickly earned the Master Trainer designation. As Creative Director, he and Floyd developed training programs that have graduated over a quarter of a million successful students.

Mike's role encompasses teaching the Floyd Wickman Program, recruiting and developing trainers, organizing the annual Master Sales Society events, and directing the R-Squared program.
